How will you be conducting the tutoring sessions?

All sessions will be done via Zoom. Zoom can be accessed via a PC or the app. However, I understand that some students and parents may not have easy access to Zoom so other alternatives can be discussed during the consultation.

How do you handle payments?

Payments can be done via Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. All platforms are highly protected and encrypted.

What is your cancellation policy?

I completely understand that life can get wild at times and things happen. I do operate on the honor system and thus I allow a flexible cancellation policy. Just let me know 24 hours in advance since I do prepare material for tutoring sessions ahead of time.

Open communication is key in an educational environment so please Whatsapp message or email me at believementoringandtutoring@gmail.com if you are not able to make the session for whatever reason. If there is no communication and the student does not enter the session after 10 minutes then the session cannot be rescheduled and the fee for that session is forfeited.

Do you offer free trial tutoring sessions?

I do not offer free trial tutoring sessions. However, I do offer a FREE 30-Minutes Consultation as a way for us to get to know each other, to discuss the academic needs of the student and expectations from both the parent and myself. I want to make sure it is a great fit so that we can best support the student!

Do you mentor/tutor adults as well?

I do! However, priority is given to our young adults but if there are slots available then let’s chat and I’ll see how I can help you!
